About Rulint

Built from testing practice, not from a software feature list.

Rulint is a founder-led independent compliance testing company created to bring disciplined enterprise testing methodology to fintech and financial-services organizations without recreating the bureaucracy of a large institution.

Why Rulint Exists

Compliance programs need more than policies, monitoring, and dashboards.

Organizations also need a credible way to determine whether important compliance processes and controls are actually operating as expected, supported by evidence that can withstand challenge.

Rulint was created around that problem: translate requirements into testable methodology, govern the population and evidence, perform the testing, resolve exceptions, complete quality review, and deliver a conclusion that can be followed back to its basis.

Testing Discipline

Scope, methodology, population, evidence, execution, exceptions, QA, and reporting are treated as connected components of one testing lifecycle.

Independent Perspective

The client owns and operates its compliance program. Rulint's role is to independently evaluate the selected process or control and document the basis for the conclusion.

Purpose-Built Technology

Technology supports consistency, governance, traceability, and efficiency while preserving human testing judgment.

Founder-Led

More than two decades of enterprise financial-services experience.

Rulint's methodology is informed by more than two decades of work in enterprise financial services, including independent testing, test development, methodology, governance, evidence evaluation, and defensible reporting.

Rulint is intentionally founder-led during its early client engagements so that methodology, execution standards, client experience, and product development remain closely connected.

The Operating Principle

Technology should make rigorous testing easier to deliver, not easier to fake.

Rulint uses technology where it improves structure, consistency, analysis, workflow, and traceability. Final testing judgment remains governed by the methodology and human review.
